How exciting! I am finally ready to hand you the “Weekly Planner & journal” I have been working on for the last couple of weeks.
Those 11 pages are designed to help you tune in to your body, mind, and soul. Each day of the week has its own journal prompts, a space to note the current moon phase and to list things you are grateful for.
It comes with a foreword from me, where I explain how journaling works, what you can achieve through it and why it is important to go through this introspection.
I also wrote little instructions on how to actually use the planner and journal and what to focus on when filling its different sections.
Please don’t treat it as strict instructions, but rather as a guide.
